Dear valued client,

It is over 27 years that Alkaram Catering Services Company first came into existence and when I look back over the years, I derive a deep sense of satisfaction from our achievements in the hospitality business, catering services, life support, and project management. One must appreciate the meaning and fulfillment this success brings to our Group. We have evolved out of a one place and managed to break through into wider territories as we grew at a measured and determined pace. This kind of achievement is usually typical only of an organization that has its origins in a large community that can provide it with the home base in which to expand substantially in most effective ways ensuring satisfaction.

Our success has been a result of our vision, the hard work, persistence and commitment of each and every member of the Group. We have reached where we stand today primarily because we have always adhered to a set of core values which are the stars by which we have, and will continue to navigate in years to come.

These are the Karam Services values of integrity, honesty, trust and respect which form the foundation of relationships within the group as well as with our customers and, above all, with our business founders.

In order to face the future, we shall continue to embrace and foster our values that characterize the heart and soul of our Company, while adapting and reorganizing ourselves where necessary in order to create the correct infrastructure that will enable us to take up new challenges "Culture addressed".

Meeting the future, we have set ourselves a number of objectives. First in our list is market expansion, this means we will continue to maintain clients satisfaction and insure sustainable business partnership, explore new grounds and opportunity, and develop new relationships with businesses interested in embarking on Karam Services . Our second objective is the quality and standard of the service provided were we believe it lies at the heart of our Company's reputation and credibility. Thirdly, we value our human resources and are committed to invest unceasingly in this precious asset as part of our excellence.

It has always been my belief that there are no limits to our achievements, as long as this is done within the boundaries of reason and ethics. This requires a basic attitude founded on the principle of never enclosing or conditioning ourselves within a frame of thinking that hinders our potential for exploring new ground or experiencing new realities. This means we have to give way to creativity, to the generation of new ideas, and to be open to market experiences. We only have to search and be on the lookout in order to tap the opportunities we come across from time to time.
